SOCOFE, a Liège-based investment vehicle of municipalities, has acquired a 30% participation in GREEN4POWER, following SOCOFE’s objective of accelerating the deployment of decarbonation solutions in Wallonia in partnership with local public or private actors. The ambition of the partners, SOCOFE and Perpetum Energy Holding, is to deploy 500 MWp of renewable energy production facilities by the end of 2026.
