He worked, among others, in M&A and Business Development for an affiliate company of the Engie Group (Distrigas), as a Management Consultant for Bain & Company, and as Sous-Directeur at Degroof Corporate Finance.
Simon worked on numerous transactions: M&A, equity raising, private placement of bonds, valuation and fairness opinion assignments, and other financial and strategic advisory in a wide range of industries (food, retail, energy, transport, public sector etc.).

Vincent is mainly active on M&A transactions. He has also carried out numerous transactions in valuation, structuring, strategic and financial advisory assignments, mainly in the energy & infrastructure, banking & insurance and retail sectors.

Pierre-Paul De Schrevel served as Head of Private Banking and member of the Board of Directors of Bank Degroof for over 20 years. In this role, he focused on servicing the needs of many of the largest and most sophisticated clients of Bank Degroof, with a particular focus on providing strategic advice for family investment offices and their operating companies. During this time he also created the Philanthropy and Impact Investing department of Bank Degroof.
Previously, Mr. De Schrevel served as a corporate banker and Head of Belgian and foreign investment clients of J.P. Morgan. Early in his career, he also worked as management consultant for Arthur Andersen.
More recently in 2014, Mr. De Schrevel set up Good4Five, a family wealth management advisory firm, where he primarily advises families on their governance structures and investment strategy, alongside his role as a Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship consultant. In this role, he holds numerous leadership and advisory positions across several firms, including Fondation Benoit, Sohonet Societal Housing Network, 4Wings Foundation, Fonds Generet (managed by the King Baudouin Foundation) and Urbani.
